William Bailey of Robinhood Joins FRC 2026 Panel on AI Regulation

William Bailey, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer at Robinhood Money, LLC and Robinhood Credit, Inc., will take the stage as a panelist at the 2026 Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum (FRC).

He will contribute to the session “AI Regulation 2026: How CCOs Can Lead in an Algorithmic Era,” a forward-looking discussion focused on how compliance leaders are navigating emerging regulatory frameworks, managing AI-related risk, and shaping governance in an increasingly automated environment.

William’s career reflects deep expertise across anti-money laundering, compliance leadership, and risk advisory within financial services. At Robinhood, he is responsible for overseeing AML compliance across multiple entities, helping ensure that innovation is supported by strong regulatory controls and effective risk management practices.

Prior to joining Robinhood, he served as Head of Compliance at Milo Holdings, Inc., where he developed, implemented, and managed the firm’s enterprise-wide compliance program. His earlier experience includes compliance and risk advisory roles at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Blockfi, where he worked across a range of regulatory and operational challenges within both traditional finance and emerging fintech environments.

With more than 10 years of experience in AML and risk advisory, William brings a practical perspective shaped by building and scaling compliance programs in complex organizations. He holds a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and maintains the ABA Regulatory Compliance Manager Certification (CRCM).

At FRC, his insights will contribute to a broader conversation around the role of compliance leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. As financial institutions adopt more advanced technologies, the responsibility of ensuring transparency, accountability, and regulatory alignment continues to expand.
