His role places him at the intersection of operational execution, risk management, and regulatory accountability.

Aaron specializes in developing and executing transformational strategies that create efficiency, transparency, and scalable governance. His background includes leadership roles at FIS and Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union, giving him a unique, cross-sector perspective on right-sized program design, enterprise risk management, and aligning compliance frameworks with business objectives.

At FRC, Aaron will moderate Operationalizing Compliance: Dashboards, Metrics and KPIs That Matter, an interactive session that explores how leading fintech organizations are transforming compliance from a conceptual requirement into a measurable and actionable function. During the discussion, peers will share how they use data-driven dashboards and KPIs to track performance, visualize risk, and align compliance goals with broader business objectives. Attendees will walk away with practical examples of metrics that drive accountability and elevate compliance visibility across the organization.

Aaron’s experience in governance, enterprise risk, and operational leadership makes him well positioned to guide a thoughtful and practical discussion focused on turning compliance data into insight and action.

We are excited to welcome Aaron to the FRC community and look forward to the perspective he will bring to this important conversation.
