The Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum (FRC) is thrilled to welcome AJ Khan, Chief Compliance and BSA/AML Officer at Bill.com, as a panelist at this year’s event.
AJ is a seasoned compliance and risk executive with more than 20 years of experience building and leading enterprise-wide regulatory, compliance, risk, and BSA/AML programs across fintech, payments, lending, and bank-regulated environments. In his current role at Bill.com, AJ oversees compliance strategy, enterprise risk frameworks, bank partnerships, and regulatory engagement for a SaaS and payments platform that moves hundreds of billions of dollars globally.
Prior to joining Bill.com, AJ led compliance programs at Deel, Affirm, and Intuit, and held senior compliance leadership roles at Karmic Labs and Visa. He also served as an Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where he examined regional and community banks across the Federal Reserve’s 12th District. This blend of regulatory and operational experience gives AJ a practical, execution-focused perspective on compliance leadership.
At the Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum, AJ will participate as a panelist in “Creating a Compliance-First Culture – From Boardroom Vision to Frontline Execution.” This session will explore how fintech leaders are embedding a compliance-first mindset across all levels of their organizations, from executive strategy to day-to-day operations. Panelists will discuss how aligning leadership, training, and technology can foster cultures where compliance supports performance, reduces risk, and strengthens regulatory resilience. Attendees will gain practical frameworks that empower teams and reinforce regulatory confidence throughout the enterprise.
The Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum team is excited to welcome AJ Khan to the 2026 speaker lineup and looks forward to the insights he will share with fintech, compliance, and risk leaders.
