The Fintech Risk & Compliance Forum (FRC) is pleased to welcome Daniel Galeon, Director and Head of Platforms Governance at Robinhood, as a panelist for the 2026 conference.
Daniel brings deep expertise from the intersection of finance, technology, and risk. At Robinhood, he leads platform governance across Customer Care, Trust & Safety, and Financial Crimes, with global oversight of Quality Assurance, Supervision, Regulatory Management, and Risk & Control. His work is centered on protecting customers in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Prior to joining Robinhood, Daniel played pivotal roles in shaping global compliance strategies at Payoneer and Stripe. His career also includes leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, underscoring his experience in both traditional finance and fintech innovation. In addition to his professional work, Daniel serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Cybersecurity Master’s Program at Yeshiva University’s Katz School of Science and Health.
At FRC, Daniel will join the panel “From Collaboration to Liability: Navigating Shared Risk in Embedded Finance and BaaS Partnerships.” As embedded finance models mature, the session will explore how institutions are evolving oversight structures, contracts, and risk frameworks to meet new regulatory expectations while supporting innovation.
The panel will feature leaders from sponsor banks, fintechs, and legal teams who are shaping the next generation of compliance strategies in shared-service environments. Attendees will gain insight into how collaborative ecosystems can manage liability without losing momentum.
We are excited to welcome Daniel to this important conversation at FRC.
Join Daniel and other fintech leaders this May in Oak Brook.
